Our program is structured around three athletic seasons to ensure consistency, development, and long-term progress for each participant. Please take a moment to review our policy regarding program commitment and scheduling: Our training year is divided into three main seasons: *Winter–Spring:* January to May (5 months) total *Summer:*June to August (approx. 2 months, ending after the first week of August) total coast is *Fall–Winter: August to December (5 months) total Each program is designed around these seasons and includes age-appropriate goals, skill development plans, and event participation schedules. ✅ Commitment Policy When you register your child, you are committing to the full duration of that seasonal program: Winter–Spring Program: 5-month commitment Summer Program: 2-month commitment Fall–Winter Program: 5-month commitment This structure allows our coaching team to build progress over time and ensure the best results for your child’s development. Payment Terms Payments are made monthly, but your registration reflects the full program commitment for the season you've enrolled in. Each month's payment is part of your agreement to complete the entire seasonal program. ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations are not accepted after the first month of the program has begun.
